I don’t have a bucket list per se, but when we moved to Switzerland, Mr. KC and I came up with a list of places that we needed to visit knowing that our life in Switzerland wasn’t a permanent thing. 3.5 years later, we’ve blown through almost the entire list, which is kind of crazy. And stressful…we need to make a new list! Once we’ve made a new list, we also need to do some serious carbon footprint offsetting because that’s a lot of miles in the sky.
There is one place left on the list though, one that graced the “places to visit” list long before our life here in Switzerland and today we hop on a flight to check that off the list. Greece, here we come! A good friend of mine is getting married in Athens and we’re taking advantage of that opportunity to do as much as possible. 10 days, 3 places: Athens, Santorini and Folegandros. Not in that order.
With that said, vacation time means just that…vacation. No smart phones, no laptops, no blogging. I’ve set up a few posts so it’s not complete radio silence while I’m away, but if you don’t see any responses to comments, it’s not because I don’t love ya, it’s because I’m too busy soaking up the Grecian sun. But look forward to three solid “KC goes to…” posts when I return.
And now, just to be mean, some pics from the hotels we’ll be staying in…can you tell I’m a little excited? OPA!
